Conservation
Struan has campaigned tirelessly for the conservation of our seas, bringing the obscene waste of the EU fish discards policy to the public's attention.
He has also carefully researched the issue of our declining bee population, and called for a new policy of sowing nectar rich plants to be introduced and encouraged to protect our whole eco-system.
Struan has highlighted the damage to the eco system and the unsuitability of peat bogs for locating wind turbines.
