Support for small scale fisheries
The main thrust of new funding measures for the small-scale fleet will mean that Member States like the UK will get 75% of cash aid from the European Commission with only 25% having to come from their own Member State budget. This is an exceptionally good deal and must be seized enthusiastically by the UK and Scottish governments. -
